Warranty Terms (Certified Refurbished Products)

Speakers, Headphones Limited Warranty

Your certified refurbished speaker and headphone is warranted against defects in materials or workmanship as follows: for a period of ninety days (90 days) from the date of purchase. We do not accept returns for credit. Proven defective products will be exchanged with a replacement refurbished speaker or headphone, as determined by Sixale Australia, or the authorized service provider. 

This warranty is the exclusive and only warranty in effect relative to refurbished speaker systems, headphones and any other warranties, either expressed or implied, are invalid. Neither Edifier nor any authorized Edifier reseller is responsible for any incidental damages incurred in the use of the speakers. Edifier’s obligation under this warranty does not apply to any defect, malfunction of failure as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, use with faulty or improper equipment or the use of the speaker systems with any equipment for which they were not intended. This warranty will not cover any consequences, expressed or implied, including but not limited to the loss of life, profit, and any other losses resulting from the sales, installation or use of the product.
